1. Overview

CreatorPacks ("we", "us", "our") operates the website creatorpacks.store and provides micro-influencer contact data packs ("Packs") sold as one-time digital downloads. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Delivery

• Each Pack contains a CSV file with creator contact information, engagement metrics, and quality scores.
• Packs are delivered via email to the address you provide at checkout, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Download links expire 7 days after delivery. Contact us if you need a replacement link.
• Data accuracy is based on publicly available information at the time of collection. We do not guarantee that all email addresses are current or that engagement metrics remain unchanged.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Pack data for legitimate business outreach, influencer marketing, and partnership inquiries. You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share Pack data.
• Use data for unsolicited bulk email (spam), harassment, or illegal purposes.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our underlying data systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting creators.

4. Payments

• All prices are in USD and are one-time charges (no recurring subscriptions).
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your card details.
• Promotional codes are valid only during their specified period and cannot be combined.

5. Refund Policy

Because Packs are digital goods delivered immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The Pack was not delivered within 48 hours and we cannot resolve the issue.
• More than 30% of email addresses in the Pack are invalid or bounced (provide bounce evidence).

6. Intellectual Property

The CreatorPacks website design, branding, and data aggregation methods are our property. Pack data itself is derived from publicly available sources. Purchasing a Pack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your own business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreatorPacks is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pack data, including lost profits, failed outreach campaigns, or third-party responses to your communications.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Pack in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
